The LSIC2SD120E40CC Series of silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diodes is designed for high-performance applications requiring minimal reverse recovery current and superior thermal management. With a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C and a peak forward surge current capability of 140 A, these diodes ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions.
They exhibit a forward voltage drop of 1.5 V and a reverse current of 100 µA, making them suitable for applications aimed at enhancing efficiency and reliability. The common cathode configuration and TO247-3L package type facilitate easy integration into various circuit designs, while the through-hole mounting method provides robust connectivity.
