The fuse base accommodates Class H, K, and R 250V and 600V power fuses, providing versatile connectivity options for various wire types. It supports stranded or solid copper and aluminum wires with screw, pressure plate, box, and special order stud connectors. The insulators are crafted from either molded glass-filled polycarbonate (GFPC) or phenolic materials, demonstrating a verified dielectric strength exceeding 2500V.

Notably, this 60A fuse block includes a unique adder block, allowing for the creation of multipole segmented blocks by snapping onto 1-, 2-, or 3-pole configurations as required. All clips are manufactured from high conductivity tin-plated copper; users can select between spring reinforced or non-spring reinforced clips for the 30A and 60A models. For 100A and higher ratings, spring reinforced clips are standard.

This product operates at frequencies of 50/60 Hz, with a maximum operating temperature of 80 °C. It has a short circuit current rating (SCCR) of 200 kA and is designed for direct screw mounting. The fuse installation method is clip-in, and the reinforced box connection ensures reliable wire attachment.
