The Surge Trap STMT Series offers low voltage surge protection suitable for both AC and DC applications. Compliant with UL 1449 4th Edition standards, these devices are designed to protect sensitive equipment such as control systems, power supplies, and communication networks.
Operating within a voltage range of 12-230 VAC and 24-365 VDC, the device includes a slim DIN-rail mountable design ideal for limited spaces. It features a maximum discharge current of 6kA and a nominal discharge current ranging from 3kA to 10kA.
Additionally, this model incorporates an optional dry contact for remote monitoring capabilities. Its robust design withstands operating temperatures from -40 °C to 80 °C, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions.
