Product Description
The A2D-R series SmartSpot time-delay fuse is designed to deliver IEC Type 2 "no damage" protection for mains, feeders, and branch circuits. With a rated voltage of 250V for both AC and DC, this fuse accommodates motor and non-motor loads effectively. It opens rapidly under severe fault conditions to ensure maximum short circuit protection, safeguarding components such as motor starters and switches while providing the necessary time-delay for in-rush currents. Furthermore, the A2D-R fuses can serve as replacements for older 250V Class H, K, or RK5 fuses already in use.
Constructed with a body made of PolyTube and featuring a tin-plated copper connection terminal, this fuse is equipped with an indication system known as SmartSpot®, which enhances functionality and user awareness. With a maximum breaking capacity of 200 kA, it meets rigorous safety standards and is ROHS compliant.
