Product Description
The Amp-Trap A4BY series is designed for the protection of service entrance equipment, feeder circuits, and circuit breakers. This fuse is rated for continuous currents up to its ampere rating of 750A and is 100 percent rated, ensuring optimal performance under normal operating conditions.
With a minimum time delay of 4 seconds at 500 percent of its rating, the A4BY effectively allows for normal current surges while maintaining coordination with ground fault relays. The device is compliant with ROHS standards and features a bolted mounting system.
Constructed with a body made from GMG insulating material and featuring silver-plated copper terminals, this fuse ensures reliable connectivity. The A4BY series also boasts an AC maximum interrupting rating (I.R.) of 200 kA, making it suitable for a variety of high-demand applications.
