Product Description
The A50P high-speed semiconductor fuse, part of the Amp-Trap® Form 101 series, is engineered for use in DC drives and uninterruptible power supplies. It is specifically designed to provide enhanced protection with a lower I2t rating, making it suitable for critical applications that demand superior reliability.
With an ampere rating of 300 A and a maximum operating temperature of 80 °C, this fuse is capable of handling significant electrical loads. The rated voltage for AC is 500 V, while the DC rating is 450 V. The fuse also features a breaking capacity of 50 kA, ensuring it can reliably interrupt high fault currents.
Constructed with a GMG insulating material and featuring tin-plated brass connection terminals, the A50P fuse utilizes a blade-type terminal connection and is mounted using a bolted system. Its design allows for straightforward replacement in existing systems, further contributing to its practicality in various industrial applications.
