The A50QS semiconductor fuse has been developed to enhance performance under modern equipment demands. With a maximum operating temperature of 80 °C, it is suitable for various applications, particularly in dynamic solid-state environments such as motor drives and inverters. The fuse features a lower I2t rating, which contributes to improved equipment protection and longevity when exposed to cyclic loading. Additionally, it minimizes watt loss, making it a preferred choice for critical applications like UPS systems.

Designed with a blade connection terminal made of tin-plated brass, the A50QS is bolted for secure mounting. The fuse can handle an AC maximum breaking capacity of 50 kA and is rated for both AC and DC voltages up to 500V. Manufactured with GMG insulating material, this product stands out in the Amp-Trap® product line, ensuring reliable operation in demanding conditions.
