Product Description
The A6D-R time-delay fuses are engineered to provide IEC Type 2 'no damage' protection for mains, feeders, and branch circuits that service both motor and non-motor loads. With a rated voltage of 600V AC and DC and an ampere rating of 20A, these fuses ensure rapid operation under extreme fault conditions, delivering maximum short circuit protection to safeguard motor starters, switches, and other circuit components. The time-delay feature accommodates motor in-rush currents, making them suitable replacements for older 600V Class H, K, or RK5 fuses already in use.
Each fuse utilizes a SmartSpot® indication system that enhances fault detection capabilities. The fuse body is constructed from PolyTube material, and connections are made with tin-plated copper ferrules. The compact dimensions of the A6D fuse measure 5 inches in length and 0.81 inches in diameter, with a weight of 0.14 lb, facilitating easy installation in various applications.
