Product Description
The Amp-Trap 2000® AJT fuse operates at a rated voltage of 600 V AC and 500 V DC, providing effective protection for main, feeder, and branch circuits. Its design incorporates a SmartSpot visual open fuse indicator, allowing for easy status monitoring. With an ampere rating of 80 A, this fuse exhibits time-delay characteristics that accommodate typical motor and transformer inrush currents, ensuring reliable operation.
Constructed with advanced material technology, the AJT fuse offers IEC Type 2 No Damage protection and requires only half the mounting space compared to 600VAC Class RK fuses. It has a maximum interrupting rating (I.R.) of 200 kA, demonstrating superior current-limiting capabilities. The connection terminals are made of silver-plated copper and can be mounted using either clips or bolts, enhancing installation versatility. The insulating body material is GMG, ensuring durability and safety.
