The Protistor BS88-4 17x49 gR 690VAC fuses are engineered for superior breaking capacity, ensuring effective protection for power semiconductors in accordance with IEC standards 60269-1 and -4. These fuses operate within a voltage rating of 690V and are classified under gR class, supporting current ratings between 12 and 90A.
They offer enhanced safety features, facilitating the clearing of overloads and promoting selective coordination with distribution circuit fuses of aR class, which accommodate current ratings up to 100A, as per VDE 636-23 and IEC 60269-4 standards. Connections adhere to German standard DIN 43653/00C and British standard BS88-4.
All units are UL Recognized and comply with ROHS and CE regulations, ensuring they meet stringent safety and environmental standards. The fuses are lead-free as per technical services guidelines.
