Mersen DFC-5

The DFC dead-front fuse cover is designed to snap onto individual fuses in fuse blocks, effectively covering exposed live clips and terminals to minimize accidental contact by personnel. It is suitable for Class G, H, J, K, R, CC, or midget fuses, enhancing safety and optionally providing open-fuse indication. Each cover is reusable, allowing for easy detachment from a replaced fuse and reattachment to a new one. In models equipped with an indicator, an orange light activates to signal an open fuse condition. The design includes ends that can be cut to fit around existing wiring, safety switches, or specialized installations. Additionally, a blank label accompanies each unit for circuit or fuse information, ensuring clear identification.

This product complies with various standards including UL and CSA certifications and is constructed from GFPC material.
