The Size 000 aR Fuse-Link is designed for high-performance in power conversion applications, adhering to the DIN 43620/00 standard for global compatibility with NH modular fuse-holders and fuse switch disconnectors. This fuse-link offers essential protection for semiconductor devices including diodes, thyristors, GTOs, and IGBTs.

Constructed with pure silver, the die-cut elements are embedded in solidified sand to optimize arcing characteristics, achieving a low I²t value and a high interrupting capacity of 80 kA. The rated voltage is 690 V AC according to IEC standards and 700 V AC as per UL specifications. The fuse-link has a melting I²t of 110 A²s and a clearing I²t at rated voltage of 630 A²s.

Additionally, the product features a ceramic insulating body and is equipped with silver-plated contact surfaces, ensuring durability and reliability. A low voltage trip-indicator can be integrated, which facilitates the operation of a field-mountable microswitch. The mounting type is clip, and the power dissipation at rated current is 9.7 W.
