The Mitsubishi QD75M2 Positioning Module is a high-performance, 2-axis module designed for precise positioning control in industrial automation systems. This module supports up to 600 positioning data points per axis, ensuring detailed and accurate motion control. Utilizing the high-speed serial communication system, SSCNET, it connects seamlessly with Mitsubishi general-purpose servo amplifiers, such as the MR-J2S-_B.
Engineered to meet rigorous standards, the QD75M2 is compliant with UL, cUL, CE (EMC), CE (RoHS), and KC (EMC) certifications, ensuring reliability and safety in various industrial environments. The module features multiple external signal interfaces, including upper and lower stroke limits, proximity dog, stop, and speed/position switching signals, all operating at a 24 V DC level. Additionally, it supports manual pulse generator interfaces with A-phase/B-phase signals at a 5 V DC level.
Applications: Ideal for use in automated manufacturing systems, robotic control, and other precision motion control applications where reliability and compliance with international standards are critical.
