The Mitsubishi QD75M4 4-Axis Positioning Module is designed for precision control in industrial automation applications. This module supports up to 4 axes with 600 positioning data points per axis, ensuring accurate and reliable motion control. It utilizes a high-speed serial communication system (SSCNET) for seamless integration with Mitsubishi's general-purpose servo amplifiers, specifically the MR-J2S-_B series.
Key features include robust external signal interfaces for upper stroke limit, lower stroke limit, proximity dog, stop, and speed/position switching signals. The module also supports manual pulse generator interfaces with A-phase/B-phase signals at 5 V DC level. Compliance with UL, cUL, CE (EMC and RoHS), and KC (EMC) standards ensures reliability and safety in various industrial environments.
