Product Description
The Advanced Flat Insulated Braided Power Conductor is designed for high current applications, rated at 300 A and featuring dimensions of 20 mm x 4.3 mm x 1,030 mm (0.79" x 0.17" x 40.55"). It is constructed from tinned copper, ensuring excellent conductivity and durability.
This conductor exhibits a peak short circuit current rating of 30, with a maximum working voltage of 1,000 V according to IEC/UL 758, and 600 V per UL 67 standards. Its operational temperature range is between -50°C to 115°C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The insulation thickness measures 1.8 mm and possesses a high dielectric strength of 20, contributing to its robust performance.
In terms of safety, it is halogen-free and has achieved a flammability rating of UL® 94V-0, along with low smoke emissions rated by IEC® 61034-2. The conductor complies with IEC® 60439.1 standards and features a wire diameter of 0.15 mm.
