Product Description
The PV10-10R-D terminal features a vinyl insulation that ensures durability and safety in electrical connections. Its brazed seam construction minimizes the risk of barrel splitting during the crimping process, while internal barrel serrations enhance wire contact and tensile strength. The extended barrel insulation provides strain relief and additional protection once crimped.
With a maximum wire size of #10 AWG and a minimum of #12 AWG, this terminal supports a wide range of applications. It is rated for a maximum voltage of 600 V and constructed from tin-plated copper to ensure conductivity. The terminal's flame rating meets UL94V-0 standards, and it is cULus Listed and CSA Certified, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Designed for use with various connectors, including CT-100 and CT-1550, this ring terminal is suitable for environments with operating temperatures up to 221 °F (105 °C). The overall dimensions include a length of 1.05 inches (26.7 mm) and a width of 0.31 inches (7.9 mm), making it compact yet efficient.
