The PV14-8LF-C terminal is a locking fork terminal insulated with vinyl, suitable for wire sizes ranging from 14 to 18 AWG. Its design incorporates a brazed seam that enhances barrel integrity during crimping, preventing splitting. The barrel's serrations ensure optimal wire contact, contributing to maximum tensile strength. With a maximum operating temperature of 221°F (105°C) and a voltage rating of 600V (0.6kV), this terminal meets UL and CSA standards, making it reliable for various applications.
Configured with a funnel barrel type that measures 12.3 mm in length, the terminal is compatible with #8 stud sizes. The fork terminal also features a tin-plated finish for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance. Its compact dimensions, including an overall length of 24.64 mm and a width of 7.37 mm, facilitate installation in tight spaces.
