Product Description
The PV18-6RB-3K Ring Terminal is a continuously molded terminal designed for reliable performance in electrical applications. Its vinyl insulation provides a durable protective layer, suitable for a wide range of wire sizes, specifically from 18 to 22 AWG.
The terminal features a brazed seam that prevents the barrel from splitting during crimping, ensuring structural integrity. Internal barrel serrations enhance wire contact, contributing to maximum tensile strength. This product is compliant with cULus Listed 587H E52164 and CSA Certified LR31212 standards, supporting a maximum voltage of 600 V and an operating temperature of 221 °F (105 °C).
With a stud hole size of #6 (3.5 mm) and a funnel barrel design, this terminal is compatible with crimp presses such as CA9 (CD9-1A) or CA-800EZ (CD-800-1) applicators. The maximum wire insulation diameter is 0.15 in (3.8 mm), making it an ideal choice for various wiring projects.
