Product Description

The Analog output module AXL P AO4 HART 1F features four HART-compatible outputs, allowing for precise current signaling in the ranges of 0 mA to 20 mA and 4 mA to 20 mA. It employs 2-conductor connection technology and operates at a transmission speed of 100 Mbps on the local bus.

With a degree of protection rated at IP20, this module is suitable for indoor industrial applications. The module includes a bus base module and necessary connectors for straightforward installation on a DIN rail. Notably, the HART functionality enhances its capability for communication with smart field devices.

Designed to operate in a wide ambient temperature range from -40 °C to 70 °C, this module ensures reliable performance even in harsh conditions. It supports a maximum power dissipation of 2.55 W and requires a supply voltage of 5 V DC through the bus base module, with a permissible range of 19.2 V DC to 30 V DC.

For connection, the module utilizes a push-in connection method, accommodating conductor cross-sections from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm². The module's surge protection is rated at 35 V for 0.5 seconds, ensuring durability against voltage spikes. It conforms to various international standards, making it suitable for diverse industrial environments.
