Product Description

The SACB-4/8-L-C SCO P serves as a sensor/actuator box tailored for standard applications. It incorporates an M12-SPEEDCON-socket plastic connection method, providing flexibility with four slots and five positions, each coded A for standard use. The device supports a double slot assignment and includes an LED status display for operational monitoring.

Connection to the master cable is achieved through a pluggable screw connection at a 180° angle, while the design excludes shielding. The unit operates within a maximum voltage of 30 V DC and nominal voltage of 24 V DC, accommodating a rated current total of 10 A and a maximum current carrying capacity of 2 A per path, with up to 4 A per slot. The sensor/actuator connection uses an M12 socket, allowing for flexible signal line conductor cross-sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm².

Constructed from durable materials, the housing and threaded sleeve are made of PBT, with a molding compound of PUR. The device's flammability rating is V0 according to UL 94 standards, ensuring safety in various environments. It is rated IP65 for protection and can operate in ambient temperatures from -25 °C to 80 °C. Proper installation requires adherence to specific torque values for screws and connections, as well as sealing unused slots prior to commissioning.
