Product Description

The M23 coupler connector, designated as CA-12P1N1290DN, is a straight, shielded connector suitable for standard and SPEEDCON interlock applications. This component features 12 pin contacts and operates within a cable diameter range of 3 mm to 14.5 mm. The solder connection type ensures reliable performance.

Constructed from durable materials, the insulating body is made of PBT, while the contacts utilize a copper zinc alloy (CuZn) with a nickel-gold plating for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector supports a rated voltage of 48 V AC and a rated current of 8 A for contact group 2, along with a rated surge voltage of 1.5 kV.

The device maintains an IP67 protection class when plugged in, ensuring resistance against dust and moisture. It can operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 125 °C. This product is compliant with RoHS II guidelines, specifically without Exemption 6c (Pb <0.1%).
