The upper housing part for DIN rail systems, designated as EH 22,5 F-C SS/ABS BK9005, is designed for efficient use in various applications. With a flat profile, it enables streamlined assembly in confined spaces.

Measuring 22.6 mm in width, 75.26 mm in height, and 36.95 mm in depth, this component is constructed of ABS material and is finished in black (RAL 9005). It features a connection opening on one side, which simplifies integration into existing setups.

The housing is engineered to withstand a range of environmental conditions, with operational temperatures from -40 °C to 80 °C and storage temperatures from -40 °C to 55 °C. Additionally, it meets the requirements of IEC 60529 for IP20 ingress protection. The product is equipped with ventilation openings and has a shock rating that allows it to endure forces up to 20 N with a maximum drop height of 50 cm.

For assembly, it utilizes a snap-in mounting type and is designed to accommodate a PCB mount using a slot type connection. The component's dimensions and material properties make it suitable for diverse industrial automation applications.
