Product Description

The Inline Relay Terminal offers two floating relay outputs, operating at a nominal output voltage of 24 V AC or 48 V DC with a maximum output current of 2 A per channel. Designed for switching ohmic loads, this terminal is suitable for environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -25 °C to 55 °C (standard) and can withstand extreme conditions up to -40 °C to 70 °C, as validated by Designation Code: IB IL 24/48 DOR 2/W-XC-PAC.

With a compact design measuring 12.2 mm in width, 119.8 mm in height, and 71.5 mm in depth, the terminal features a high transmission speed of 500 kbps on the local bus. It adheres to protection class III standards and possesses a degree of protection rated at IP20, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications.

Additionally, the product is compliant with environmental regulations, including China RoHS, ensuring it contains no hazardous substances above threshold values. The relay contact is isolated with a testing voltage of 1.5 kV for relay contact to bus logic, and 1 kV for contact-to-contact and contact-to-PE isolation. The terminal is equipped with spring-cage connections for ease of installation and maintenance, supporting conductor cross-sections from 0.08 mm² to 1.5 mm².
