Product Description

This 1-channel contact extension module, designated as PSR-SCP- 24DC/URD3/4X1/2X2/3, is designed for use in safety-related applications, adhering to Cat. 3, PL e as per EN ISO 13849 standards. It features a TBUS interface and includes four normally open (N/O) contacts, one normally closed (N/C) contact, and one confirmation current path. The module allows for an off-delay range of 0.3 to 3 seconds.

In terms of physical specifications, the module has a width of 22.5 mm and is suitable for DIN rail mounting in any position. The housing is constructed from PA material in yellow (RAL 1018) and is rated IP20 for degree of protection, with a minimum protection level of IP54 for installation locations. It operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to 55 °C, and can withstand storage and transport conditions between -40 °C and 70 °C.

Electrical specifications include a rated insulation voltage of 250 V and a rated control circuit supply voltage of 24 V DC with a typical current consumption of 94 mA. The module supports a maximum switching capacity of 5 A for AC-15 at a cycling rate of 360/h and is equipped with a protective suppressor diode. The connection method utilizes screw terminals, accommodating a conductor cross-section of 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm². Additionally, status indicators are provided by two green LEDs.
