Product Description

The PTFIX 18X4-G BN distribution block facilitates interconnection via bridging with a conductor shaft, enhancing modular capabilities. This unit operates at a nominal voltage of 450 V and can handle a nominal current of 32 A, with a push-in connection method accommodating cross sections from 0.2 mm² to 6 mm².

Constructed for adhesive mounting, the block measures 55.4 mm in width, 28.6 mm in height, and 22.7 mm in depth, and is finished in brown (RAL 8028). It is engineered to support a maximum load current of 41 A and a total current of 63 A, adhering to IEC 60998-2-2 standards. The design allows for up to 18 connections per level across a single row, making it suitable for various electrical installations.

This product is compliant with multiple safety and fire protection standards, including DIN EN 50155 for rail vehicles, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -35 °C to 110 °C, withstanding humidity levels from 20% to 90% during operation. The insulating material, made of PA, has a temperature index of 130 °C and a flammability rating of V0, ensuring it meets stringent safety requirements.
