Product Description

The Compact Pneumatic Cylinder D20x10 is engineered for high performance in automation systems. This cylinder, with an internal thread, adheres to the ISO 21287 standards, ensuring compatibility and reliability in various industrial applications. Constructed with aluminum casting covers and an anodized aluminum profile, this cylinder offers durability and resistance to wear. The piston rod is made from AISI 303 stainless steel for piston diameters D16-25 and AISI 420 stainless steel for piston diameters D32-100, providing robust performance under demanding conditions.

The cylinder operates with a working pressure range of 2 to 10 bar and uses filtered compressed air as the medium. It functions efficiently in a medium temperature range of 0 ºC to +40 ºC and an ambient temperature range of -20 ºC to +80 ºC, with polyurethane options available for higher temperatures up to +120 ºC. The cylinder's design eliminates the need for lubrication, simplifying maintenance and extending its operational life.
