The 8903L series of multipole lighting contactors are specifically engineered for lighting control applications, offering reliable performance in various environments.

Available in both mechanically held and electrically held configurations, this device utilizes an electrically held mechanism to maintain circuit continuity. It is capable of switching loads up to 30A for fluorescent lighting and 20A for tungsten loads. The contact configuration provides flexibility with field convertibility between normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) positions.

This particular unit features a four-pole design, providing four NO contacts for versatile circuit management. It is supplied with an interchangeable operating coil rated for 110/120 VAC at frequencies of 50/60 Hz; alternative voltage options are readily available across a broad spectrum up to 600VAC.

The contactor is housed within a NEMA 1 enclosure constructed from painted sheet steel, measuring 12.69 inches in height, 7.81 inches in width, and 6.03 inches in depth. Furthermore, alternative enclosure types are available to suit diverse installation requirements.
