Product Description

Lifecycle Status:

The Schneider Electric 9007C series represents a line of heavy-duty industrial limit switches engineered to adhere to numerous domestic and international standards.

Constructed with a durable metal body, these switches are designed to withstand the demanding conditions inherent in heavy industry applications. The modular design provides flexibility, offering five distinct body types, twenty head variations, and over two hundred lever arm options for tailored configurations.

The 9007C limit switch is both UL Listed and CSA certified, ensuring compliance with recognized safety standards. Typical applications include material working, packaging, material handling, conveying systems, food and beverage processing, mining operations, construction projects, oil and gas facilities, and crane/hoist mechanisms.

Electrical connections are facilitated through screw clamp terminals. Mechanical durability is rated for approximately 10 million operating cycles, while electrical durability reaches around 1 million cycles. The switch provides a safety rating of 1.2A at 600V AC and 0.11A at 250V DC, with a conventional enclosed thermal current rating of 10A.

This versatile limit switch achieves an IP67 rating and conforms to NEMA standards 1, 2, 4, 12, and 13. The plug-in body is manufactured from metal, with dimensions measuring 39.37mm (width) x 63.5mm (depth) x 102.11mm (height), and a weight of 0.57kg.

Suitable for use in process machinery applications such as machine tools,...
