The Schneider Electric iC60N is a high-performance low voltage miniature circuit breaker (MCB) designed for both industrial and residential applications. This 1P circuit breaker, with a rated current of 2A and a C tripping curve, ensures robust protection against short circuits and overload currents. It boasts a rated short circuit breaking capacity of up to 50kA at 220-240VAC, conforming to EN/IEC 60947-2 standards, and 6000A at 230VAC, conforming to EN/IEC 60898-1 standards.
Key features include the unique VisiTrip system, which significantly reduces intervention time by clearly indicating the faulty circuit, and the VisiSafe green strip, which guarantees the physical opening of the contacts for safe downstream maintenance. The fast-closing mechanism, independent of manual operation, enhances the service life of the device, with an electrical endurance of up to 10,000 cycles and a mechanical endurance of up to 20,000 cycles.
The iC60N MCB is designed for easy installation on a DIN rail, with a compact width of 2 pitches (18mm). It features a pollution degree of 3 and an overvoltage category of IV, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. The device is also compatible with various auxiliaries, remote monitoring systems, and residual current devices (Vigi).
