The Dry Contact I/O SmartSlot Card offers a versatile interface with 6 configurable output relays and 4 input contacts, enabling the monitoring of external triggers and the initiation of actions on connected devices. This card includes 2 Universal I/O (UIO) ports, which can accommodate optional environmental sensors and the Dry Contact I/O Accessory, expanding its functionality with an additional 2 dry contact input and relay output interfaces.
Connection to a PC is facilitated through the included USB cable, allowing access to a Configuration Utility user interface for the setup of UPS settings, output relay configurations, and activation of input contact and environmental sensor actions based on UPS events or status changes. The product adheres to multiple standards, including EN 55022 Class A and EN 61000 series, ensuring reliable operation in various environments.
