The ATV900 variable speed drive is designed for controlling 3-phase synchronous and asynchronous motors, accommodating applications with power ratings up to 75kW for slight overloads and 55kW for significant overloads. Operating within a supply voltage range of 380Vac to 480Vac, it is particularly suited for industrial processes across sectors such as oil and gas, mining, and food and beverage.
This device features advanced connectivity options including EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, facilitating integration within automation systems. The drive ensures optimal motor performance and provides comprehensive control in master/slave configurations. Its built-in web server and data logging capabilities enhance troubleshooting and maintenance efficiency, minimizing potential downtime.
With a rated supply voltage tolerance of ±10% and a network frequency tolerance of ±5%, the drive is engineered for reliability in demanding environments. It includes various safety functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO) and Safe Stop 1 (SS1), while the IP21 rating ensures protection against dust and moisture ingress.
