The integrated solution allows for the monitoring of up to 84 circuits, providing detailed information on both branch circuits and mains values. This multi-circuit energy meter, designated as BCPM, supports a power supply range of 90V AC to 277V AC and offers class 1 (1%) accuracy across all channels, using compatible split-core current transformers rated at 50A, 100A, or 200A.
Measuring dimensions of 288mm in width and 146mm in height, this device weighs 1.5 kilograms and operates within an ambient temperature range of 0-60 °C, while being capable of storage in temperatures from -40 °C to 70 °C. The meter includes full alarming functionalities to preemptively address potential issues, and communicates via an RS485 serial port utilizing the Modbus protocol, ensuring compatibility with the gateway H8951.
Standard compliance includes IEC 61010-1, ANSI C12.1, and EN 61010, with certifications such as UL 508. The meter's sampling rate is 256 samples per cycle, and it can detect various power quality issues including voltage sags and swells. This variant does not include branch current transformers or ribbon.
