The Modicon X80 Ethernet Backplane Rack is a critical accessory in the Modicon M580 and M340 Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC) range. This 12-slot dual Ethernet and X-bus backplane provides 8 Ethernet and X-bus connectors for mixed modules and 4 X-bus connectors for X-bus modules, ensuring seamless integration of various modules.
This high-performance backplane rack is built with the latest technology, offering a current of 164mA at 24V DC and 86mA at 3.3V DC. It also features an IP20 rating for enhanced durability and reliability. Weighing just 1.377kg, it is designed to withstand the rigors of medium to large process applications.
The Modicon X80 Ethernet Backplane Rack meets stringent industry standards such as EN 61131-2, EN 61000-6-4, EN 61000-6-2, and EN 61010-2-201. It is compatible with a range of application modules, I/O modules, BMXCPS power supply, BMX processor, and BME processor. This compatibility ensures reduced maintenance and training costs, as well as the availability of common spare parts.
