The Schneider Electric Lexium 32 Servo Motor is an advanced motion control solution, ideal for high-load applications. This medium inertia motor offers a maximum mechanical speed of 8000 RPM and a parallel keyed shaft with holding brake. It is equipped with a SinCos Hiperface® encoder (32768 points/turn) for automatic transmission of data from the servo motor to the servo drive. The motor is designed to provide robust motion control, even under high loads. It has a rated supply voltage of 480V and a continuous stall current of 3.91A, with a continuous power of 1.68W. The shaft dimensions are 14mm (Diameter) x 30mm (Length). It is IP54 rated and comes with rotatable right-angled connectors for electrical connection. Its dimensions are 225mm (Length) x 70mm (Width), centring collar dimensions are 2.5mm (Depth) x 60mm (Diameter) with 82mm circle diameter of the mounting hole. It weighs 4kg and supports international standard 70mm flange mount with a natural convection cooling system. The encoder provides automatic identification of the motor when the servo drive starts, allowing for synchronized flows and data transmission from the servo motor to the servo drive. This servo motor features a 3-phase stator and neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets. It comes with a RAL 9005 opaque black paint protective coating and a 4-point axial mounting flange.
