Lifecycle Status:

The TeSys Giga high power contactor is designed for demanding applications, with a capacity of up to 800A and 450kW at 440V. It features a 100-250V AC/DC wide band low consumption electronic coil and an embedded highly reliable 1NO+1NC auxiliary contact block (17V 1mA).

This contactor is built for maximum operating rates up to 600 cycles per hour and can operate in environments up to 60°C. It offers a high level of reliability and durability, with a mechanical durability of 5 Mcycles.

The contactor includes local Contact Wear Diagnosis (CWD) as a standard function, allowing for continuous monitoring with healthy and alarm indicators. The switching module can be replaced to enhance the contactor's life.

The contactor is compact in size, measuring 324mm x 210mm x 248mm (H x W x D), and is designed for panel space savings. It is also certified under multiple standards (CE, CB, CCC, cULus, EAC, KC, RCM, Marine) and complies with Green Premium regulations (RoHS/Reach).

The contactor can be fixed in all quadrants, allowing for easy maintenance without removing cables or busbars. It is protected by IP2x protection on the front face with shrouds conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106.
