Product Description

Lifecycle Status:

The star delta starter is designed for motor control applications, accommodating loads up to 11 kW at 400 V in a delta configuration. It features a compact assembly with a width of 144 mm, allowing easy plate mounting. This model integrates three contactors with 24V 50/60Hz AC coils and includes a built-in time-delay contact block adjustable from 1 to 30 seconds.

Operating at a maximum rate of 30 starts per hour, the device has a maximum starting time of 30 seconds. It is equipped with pre-wired star-delta power connections and a mechanical interlock, while the use of a thermal overload relay is recommended but sold separately. It is compliant with Green Premium standards, indicating its adherence to environmental regulations including RoHS and REACh.

The product supports a wide operational temperature range from -40°C to 70°C, and can function at altitudes up to 3000 m without derating. Its mechanical robustness is highlighted by a vibration resistance rating of 2 Gn with the contactor open and 4 Gn with it closed, as well as shock resistance measured at 15 Gn for closed and 8 Gn for open conditions. These features ensure reliable performance in demanding environments.
