The TeSys LR9F electronic thermal overload relay is engineered for motor protection within a thermal setting range of 48-80 A, suitable for motors rated at 30-37 kW at 400 V. It features selectable classes of 10-10A-20, allowing for versatile application across various motor types.
For optimal installation, it is recommended to mount the relay directly below a TeSys F 3-pole contactor, specifically models LC1 F115, F150, or F185, using the optional support mounting plate LA7F901. This device safeguards against multiple motor failure conditions, including thermal overload, phase failure, phase unbalance, and prolonged starting times, and includes features such as an overheating alarm function.
On the front panel, users will find a thermal adjustment dial, along with buttons for testing, stopping, and resetting the relay. The trip indicator and auxiliary contacts (1 NO + 1 NC) further enhance operational clarity. This unit meets multi-standard certifications (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, Marine) and is compliant with environmental standards, including Green Premium (RoHS/Reach).
