The thermal overload relay is engineered for effective protection of 3-phase motors, specifically rated at 0.55 kW at 400 V. With a thermal setting range from 1.0 to 1.6 A and a tripping class of 10A, it ensures reliable operation in various industrial applications.
This device features a differential mechanism that detects phase failure and load unbalance, enhancing overall safety. It includes a thermal adjustment dial, a manual-automatic reset selector, and a test selector for simulating tripping scenarios. Additionally, it is equipped with reset and stop buttons, a flag indicator, and two auxiliary contacts (1NO+1NC) for fault signaling purposes.
The settings are safeguarded by a transparent cover that can be locked with sealing. Connections are made via screw clamp terminals, allowing direct attachment to the bottom terminals of 3-pole contactors (models LC1D09-D38). Mounting options include DIN rail or screw fixing, and it can be separated from the contactor using a terminal block (LAD7B106) which must be ordered separately.
This relay complies with multiple standards including IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, and Marine certifications, and is Green Premium compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations.
