The TeSys T is a comprehensive motor management system designed to enhance productivity and predictive maintenance. It supports multiple communication protocols including Modbus™, CANopen, DeviceNet™, Profibus™, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus/TCP. The system comprises several components such as the LTMR controller, expansion module, HMI, software, and various accessories.
The LTMR controller is the primary component responsible for managing basic functions like measuring ground current, motor temperature, and three-phase current of the motor. It also includes logic inputs and outputs for fault management. The expansion module, connected directly to the controller, provides additional inputs and measures voltage between phases, enabling the controller to monitor additional functions.
The TeSys T system is highly reliable with a long product life due to its state-of-the-art component selection, all-in-one design, and advanced electronic protection. It can be integrated into various harsh environments such as dusty atmospheres, marine applications, high vibration applications, and corrosive atmospheres.
This motor management system is suitable for industries like Metal/Mining/Mineral, Oil & Gas, Water Wastewater. The LTMR controller measures a current range of 0.4-8A with a supply voltage of 100-240 Vac and uses Modbus as the communication protocol.
The dimensions of this device are 61 mm (H) X 91 mm (W) X 122.5 mm (D) and it weighs 0.53 kg.
