The TeSys H ultra compact reverse safety starter is a 3-phase, 6.5A/500V AC-53 device designed for the control and protection of motors up to 3kW at 400V (3HP at 480V). The hybrid technology used in its power contacts provides ultra compactness with a width of just 22.5mm, as well as extended electrical durability up to 30 million cycles AC-53.

This starter offers control for two directions of rotation and an adjustable motor current ranging from 1.5A to 6.5A. It also features class 10A thermal overload protection with auto/manual/remote reset, phase loss and phase unbalanced protection, stall and jam motor protection.

The device can be supplied with 110-230V AC and provides logic inputs for FW/RV motor direction and remote reset after thermal tripping. It also includes a 1C/O contact relay for fault indication and an LED status on the front face for indication of tripping and motor running.

The integrated Safe Torq Off (STO) function with SIL3 level according IEC61508-1 and PLe level according ISO13849-1 allows for integration into safety chain applications. The starter can be mounted on a DIN rail, with screw terminals for control and power, and is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -25 to 70°C.
