The temperature transmitter functions as a converter for Universal Pt100 probes, supporting a temperature input range from 0 to 250 °C (32 to 482 °F). It features multiple layers of protection including reverse polarity, short-circuit, and overvoltage safeguards, ensuring reliable operation.
Designed for durability, the unit is rated IP20 for the terminal block and IP50 for the housing, making it suitable for environments with dust and moisture exposure. The device can operate within ambient temperatures of 0 to 50 °C when mounted side by side, or up to 60 °C with a 2 cm spacing. Designation Code: RMPT50BD.
With a measurement error of ±0.5% of full scale (3 or 4 wires) at 20 °C, and ±1% (2 wires) at the same temperature, the transmitter ensures precise temperature readings. Additionally, it supports various output types, including current (0...20 mA or 4...20 mA) and voltage (0...10 V), adaptable to different system requirements. The device is compliant with multiple standards such as IEC 60947-1 and EN/IEC 60584-1, ensuring its reliability and safety in industrial applications.
