The Schneider Electric ConneXium Modbus Gateway/Router is designed to seamlessly integrate Modbus-compatible devices into Ethernet networks. This versatile gateway/router supports all Modbus standard-compatible products and features a Transparent Ready B10 network server. It offers robust network services through predefined web pages, allowing for diagnostics on Ethernet and Modbus connections, access to connected product lists, and Modbus device register reading. The device supports SNMP agent communication and management via an SNMP manager, and provides secure access with built-in IP address filtering and password protection.

The ConneXium Modbus Gateway/Router supports BOOTP protocol and FDR client for efficient network management. It is powered by a 24 V DC supply or via Power over Ethernet (PoE) in compliance with IEEE 802.3af standards. The device features integrated Ethernet TCP/IP RJ45 10/100 Mbps connectivity and multiple serial connection options, including Modbus RTU and ASCII RS485 and RS232.

With a compact design suitable for DIN rail mounting, the gateway/router ensures reliable performance in various industrial environments. It operates within a temperature range of 0 to 60°C and relative humidity of 5 to 95% at 40°C without condensation. The device is protected by an IP30 rating and complies with several industry standards, including EN 61000-4-2/3/4/5/6/8, UL 508, CSA C22.2 No. 14-M91, EN 55022, FCC Class A, and EN 61000-6-2.
