The Die Cast Empty Control Station from the Harmony XAP series by Schneider Electric is designed for Ø 22 mm control and signaling units from the XB4 and XB5 series. This robust, yellow control station (RAL1004) is perfect for emergency stop functions, featuring a single cut-out that accommodates any type of E-stop button with or without a legend plate. The XAPK1501 model offers ample space for wiring and can be customized using the Harmony online selector and configurator tools.
Constructed from durable zinc alloy, this control station meets stringent industry standards, including IEC 62444 for cable gland compatibility and EN/IEC 61140 for Class I electrical protection. It also boasts IK07 mechanical shock resistance as per EN/IEC 62262. The enclosure is certified to IP65, IP66, and IP69 protection levels according to EN/IEC 60529 and EN/IEC 60947-5-1, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments.
The XAP control station can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, thanks to its four mounting holes, offering flexibility and ease of installation.
