This limit switch is part of the XC Special range, specifically designed to translate mechanical movements into electrical control signals. It is equipped with a single changeover contact that operates through a 30° cam action and is designed without a positive opening operation. The device features a spring return metal roller lever that allows for lateral approach from two directions. The operating head moves linearly, and the switch is equipped with screw clamp terminals for secure electrical connections, accommodating cables through three tapped entries for PG13.5 cable glands.

With an IP65 rating, this limit switch is suitable for use in various environments, including material handling and hoisting applications. It supports a conventional enclosed thermal current of 10A and offers extensive mechanical and electrical durability, rated for approximately 10 million mechanical cycles and 1 million electrical cycles. The switch body is constructed from metal, ensuring robustness and reliability, with dimensions of 77mm in width, 44mm in depth, and 130mm in height, weighing 0.53kg.

This device adheres to multiple standards, including IEC 60947-5-1, VDE 0660-200, IEC 60337-1, EN 60947-5-1, and CSA C22.2 No 14, and is certified by CSA for safety and performance. It is designed for operation in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C and can be installed in any orientation.
