The Telemecanique Safety Switch, Model XCS, is a versatile device that converts mechanical motion into electrical control signals. Its robust metal construction ensures durability in hazardous environments.

Key Features:

  • 2 normally closed + 1 normally opened slow break contacts
  • Rated operational current of 1.5A at 240V AC, 3A at 120V AC, 0.27A at 250V DC, and 0.55A at 125V DC
  • IP67 rated for protection against dust and water
  • Certified by CSA and UL to meet various safety standards including EN/IEC 60947-5-1, EN/IEC 60204-1, EN/ISO 12100, EN 1088/ISO 14119, and UL 508

This switch is designed to operate in hazardous environments and offers long mechanical durability of about 1 million operating cycles. It comes with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection and 2 cable entry tapped for PG13 cable gland.
