The XMLA pressure switch is designed for detecting a single pressure threshold in multiple fluid types such as air, fresh water, hydraulic oils, and corrosive substances, up to a maximum temperature of 70°C. Its structure features a durable zinc alloy body and integrates a diaphragm-type electromechanical pressure sensor for reliable operation. The device is engineered for direct attachment to tubing, promoting straightforward installation.
With an adjustable switching range between 0.05-4 bar depending on the pressure direction, this model maintains a natural differential of 0.35 bar ± 0.03 bar at both high and low settings. The pressure switch supports a line rated current of 3 A at 120 V and 1.5 A at 240 V, complying with various standards including EN/IEC 60947-5-1 and UL 508.
To ensure functionality in diverse environments, it features IP66 protection against dust and water ingress, and operates reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C. The device is built to endure up to 8 million mechanical cycles, significantly reducing maintenance needs. The XMLA pressure switch is compliant with several certifications, including EAC and CSA, ensuring its reliability and safety across various industrial applications.
