Product Description

Lifecycle Status:

The XMLB electromechanical pressure switch is designed to manage pressure regulation between two thresholds for air, fresh water, and hydraulic oils. It operates effectively at temperatures up to 70°C and is equipped with a zinc alloy housing, ensuring reliable performance.

This device features an adjustable differential, allowing for a switching point range of 1.8-32.45 bar on falling pressure and 3.5-35 bar on rising pressure. With a maximum permissible accidental pressure of 80 bar and a destruction pressure of 160 bar, this pressure switch is suitable for various demanding applications. The product complies with multiple standards, including CCC, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, and UL 508.

Installation is straightforward with a cable entry for a diameter of 9-13 mm and fluid connections of G 1/4 (female) ISO 228. The mechanical durability is rated for 5 million cycles, minimizing maintenance needs for pressurized fluid circuits. Local display and external setting enhance usability, while the unit's compact dimensions (113 mm height, 35 mm width, 75 mm depth) make it adaptable to various mounting positions.
