Lifecycle Status:

The XMLG series encompasses electronic pressure transmitters equipped with either an analogue or solid-state output, suitable for diverse industrial applications. These transmitters are constructed with a stainless steel AISI 303 body and a ceramic sensing element, ensuring compatibility with fluids such as air, fresh water, and hydraulic oils. The sensors can operate within a pressure range of 0 to 10 bar (0 to 145 psi) and have a fluid connection type of G 1/4 A (male), facilitating straightforward integration into existing systems.

Electrical connections are achieved via a male M12 connector with three pins, supporting an analogue output signal of 0 to 10 V. The devices are designed for various operating conditions, with a permissible ambient temperature ranging from -15 °C to 85 °C and a storage temperature from -40 °C to 85 °C. Notably, the XMLG sensors exhibit a measurement accuracy of ±0.3% of the measuring range and a repeat accuracy of ±0.1%, ensuring reliable performance. They can withstand a maximum accidental pressure of 22 bar and feature a destruction pressure rating of 25 bar.

This set includes 25 sensors, with a minimum order quantity of 50. Compliance with various industry standards is ensured, including CE and UL certifications. The transmitters are designed to endure harsh environments, highlighted by their IP66 and IP67 protection ratings, making them resistant to dust and water ingress.
