The XMP pressure sensor operates as an electromechanical switch tailored for control circuits, specifically for managing pressures in water and air applications. With a maximum rated pressure of 25 bar, the sensor is capable of regulating between two thresholds without a decompression valve.
This device features an IP54 enclosure, which offers protection against dust and water, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The adjustable differential allows for fine-tuning the switching point, which can range from 3.5 bar to 25 bar (50.75 psi to 362.5 psi). It includes two normally closed (NC) contacts and utilizes a G 1/4 female fluid connection, ensuring compatibility with standard fittings.
With dimensions of 126 mm in height, 57 mm in width, and 98 mm in depth, the sensor is designed for versatility in installation, allowing for operation in any position. The construction materials include chromated zinc alloy and canvas-covered nitrile, enhancing durability and resistance to corrosion. It is designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and offers a mechanical durability of up to 1,000,000 cycles.
Electrical performance is supported by screw-clamp terminals with a minimum of 2 x 4 mm² for connections.
