The Harmony XPS Universal Safety Relay is an advanced solution designed for managing single safety functions in machines of varying complexity. It is powered by 48-240V AC/DC, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. This relay features a spring removable terminal block and embeds pre-defined safety functions or selectable safety functions via rotary selectors.
This universal safety module offers 2 positive 1 negative safety inputs, 4 ON/OFF configurable pulsed outputs, 3 NO immediate, 3 NO configurable, 1 NC configurable safety outputs, and 2 solid state diagnostic outputs. It achieves a maximum safety level of PLe/Category 4 conforming to ISO 13849-1, SILCL 3 conforming to IEC 62061, and SIL 3 conforming to IEC 61508.
The Harmony XPS Universal Safety Relay is compact with dimensions of 45mm (Width) x 120mm (Depth) x 100mm (Height), weighing 0.350kg. It is suitable for applications such as Food and Beverage, Hoisting, Material Handling, Material Working, Packaging. This relay conforms to IEC60947-5-1, IEC61508-1/2/3, ISO13849-1, IEC62061 functional safety standards and is certified by cULus, TÜV, EAC, CCC and KC marking.
